Mel Kiper has his early 2010 Big Board up. I'll list the WRs and RBs he has.
8. Dez Bryant, WR Oklahoma St
10. Arrelious Benn, WR Illinois
13. Jonathon Dwyer, RB Georgia Tech
21. Jahvid Best, RB Cal------I really like him
22. Damian Williams, WR USC
Those are the only ones in his Top 25 so far. I'm sure it'll change alot before the season is over.

cue Kur talking up CJ Spiler
Jonathon Stewart is on the block if anyone is interested. I'm willing to listen to offers
Brian Robiskie to the IR
so how many players are we supposed to be down to now?
there are 30 players on your active roster (starters + bench), then theres 5 on the PS (which is the IR on Fleaflicker(FF)), then 3 spots on real IR, which is when you drop a player, say he's on IR and no one can pick him up till next year, like I did with Brian Robiskie and Brandon Tate.
For a better explanation, you can check out the rules that kur wrote on the rules/roster thread.

Okay Ladies...had our 14 team league draft last night and old Nut had the 14th pick. I am an avid believer in the "get 2 RB's with your first 2 picks" philosophy, but decided that this year I was going to try something new since all the projections had crap left at the 14 pick for RB's.
Round 1 starts off with some unusual picks - Brady goes at #2 and is followed by LT at #3. Steven Jackson goes at #5...and now we have MJD, who many prognosticators had slotted in at #1 or #2 sliding all the way down to the 8 pick. A lot of owners were saying they were tired of getting burned by the guys they are "supposed to pick" and decided to go with guys they actually wanted. By the time it makes it back to me at 14, things have settled down. I take Andre Johnson.
I get to start off Round 2 and I immediately follow up with another WR - Calvin Johnson. I'm feeling pretty good now. The big surprise of Round 2 is Clinton Portis never gets drafted. He is finally taken in the 3rd round at the 34th pick of the draft.
As the 3rd rd makes its way back to me, my greatest fear is realized - there is a run of QB's taken - Rodgers, Rivers, Warner, Romo. I figure I better grab one now because pickings will be real slim next time back. McNabb or Matt Ryan??? I take Ryan.
So I start the 4th rd. Time to take a RB...right? No. What the hell am I thinking??? I go WR again. With Dwayne Bowe still sitting there, I snatch him up. In our league we have the option of starting 1 RB and 4 WR's, so I'm thinking this is the way I may go. Now I feel sick to my stomach. Four rounds in and no RB's yet.
The 5th rd rolls back to me and I grab the best RB left on the board - Willie Parker. I find a little hope in that Tomlin said earlier this week that Willie is the #1 back, but I know deep down that will probably change.
The 6th rd...time for the next best RB - Reggie Bush or Joseph Addai? I took Bush, but this morning I am wishing I took Addai. Don't know why...neither are impressive to me anymore.
Anyway, I will not bore you with the entire 14 rounds. Here is Nut's starting lineup for Week 1:
QB - Matt Ryan
RB - Willie Parker and Reggie Bush
WR - Andre Johnson, Calvin Johnson, Dwayne Bowe
TE - Visanthe Shiancoe
D - Titans
K - Saints or Eagles...haven't decided yet.
Next year I'm drafting RB's first![]()
I like your draft, Nut...the bush pick was definitely the right decision...is your league PPR?

more like cue kur talking down dwyer. i dont care what he does in a triple option offense. his stats outside of a gimmick offense are crap. and his stats in the gimmick offense werent great when playing good defenses. looked at every game of his career.
put him in an NFL offense and lets see what he does. cuz when he played in a normal offense, he put up like 2YPC.
and its spiller, not spiler. if youre gonna try to make a funny, at least spell it right...
besides, why would i talk him up now that the seasons started? id avoid that so that you guys might over look him and i can take him late, just like i did with davis...who if you pay attention to the media is the next superstar in cleveland, granted thats not saying much since its cleveland...
exactly what i was gonna ask. if its PPR, bush will kill there if he can stay healthy.
and mendenhall still hasnt impressed me so parker is a good pick. plus you can always find someone on waivers after the season starts and people start getting hurt. or just get too old to play. like a couple weeks and lewis gets replaced in cleveland. and i dont see edge going for long in seattle.
I'm not 100% sure PPR is progressing or not, but it does seem to level the playing field with RBs and WRs. Although, I do like the good ol' days where RBs were king.
