The rules not only allow for players to be cycled through the active roster and PS at all times during the season, it is encouraged by the fact 1st year players retain a year of PS eligibility if they are active at some point their rookie year.

i think the only time you can't put an eligible player back on the PS is if you've moved him to active, to avoid a PS claim.

other than that, they can be cycled freely as long as they meet the PS criteria.

OK-- What the ****. CCFF, now i know you're the not only one who has done this (maybe you are) BUT you can't take a player (Melaluga) start him one week and then put him back on your PS. Doesn't work that way

I thought you could move them on and off as much as you wanted as well as long as a claim wasnt made on them???

As I remember drafting up the original rules, you can juggle people on the PS as much as you want.

youre right. as long as no PS claim is made on him forcing the move from PS to active, you can move eligible players around as often as you want. i did it last year with 28 when i knew he was trying to make a play for ryan torain, so i kept getting up really early around the time rosters unlocked on tuesday, and swapping torain to active and hightower to PS. by the time he made the claims on torain he was on my active, so they never counted. til i got tired of doing that and told him the next week torain would be there to claim.


so if theres any further confusion about it. as long as there hasnt been a PS claim made and a subsequent move to active, anyone can be moved back and forth as often as desired.
drop made a claim for sanchez, i moved him to active, hes there to stay. i think thats the only relevant claim this year. shonn greene and glen coffee were given back so the claims no longer existed so they technically could still be moved around. but every other guy on PS can be moved around as often as their owners want, week to week if they want.

so far as i see it, a few people still havent got their new PS/IR set up since i changed it to 8 man.

heres how it seems to me.
28 - 5 PS, 1 IR (A. Brown)
drop - 5 PS, 2 IR (G. Johnson, not sure who the 2nd is) *
king - 1 PS, 0 IR **
GOSKN - 3 PS, 0 IR **
CCFF - 5 PS, 3 IR (B. Tate, B. Robiskie, M. Goodson?)
Kur - 5 PS, 3 IR (J. Davis, H. Douglas, L. McKelvin)
nut - 0 PS, 0 IR **
tdr - 5 PS, 0 IR **
BnG - 5 PS, 0 IR **
fancy - 3 PS, 0 IR **
trizzy - 4 PS, 2 IR (C. Pennington, B. Sanders)
pho - 5 PS, 3 IR (M. Harrison, K. Phillips, P. Posluszny?)

*only potential question is logan, since hes so old, but this is still his 1st season. think he did the cfl thing like chris wilson. in which case youd be good with him on PS.

**if you have anyone on IR, PM me and let me know, or add them yourself before rosters lock on sunday as it wont affect waiver order.


also king and nut have an extra active roster spot. only 29 out of 30 players.



so to sum up.....king, GOSKN, nut, tdr, BnG, and fancy need to let me know who, if anyone, is on their IR to get everyone squared away. i know someone hasnt added caddy since he is still in the FA pool. and the purpose is to get all active, PS, and IR players out of the pool, so its truly ONLY available players in there.

You can remove the question mark from my team, the three players you have listed on my IR are correct.

Cadillac Williams is on GOSKN5's team. I know because I almost added him after checking the roster thread. GOSKN5 has him listed in there as Carnell.
