well, i'm gonna be honest...it's got me kinda worried. destroying two large deficits during the monday night game two weeks in a row is asking for a lot.

it sure would have helped if MJD hadn't taken that godamn knee yesterday and just ran the ****ing ball in the endzone for a touchdown. Jack Del Rio can kiss my ass. He obviously isn't an MJD owner, lol.

I kind of think that asking MJD to take a knee at that point was a stupid move. Take the points and have faith that your defense can hold them.

i can understand wanting to insure victory. but that also comes with showing a lack of faith in your defense.

so if it had been anyone else it woulda just been "eh, whatever" to me. But because it was friggin' MJD i'm pissed. it could end up being the difference between a win and a loss for me in a couple leagues.

Not just this league? Ouch, I feel for you.

And I could understand the decision if they were winning at the time, but why risk having your field goal kicker shanking it or the kick getting blocked when you have the points in hand?

....couldn't agree more...I liked it because I was going against MJD in both leagues, but man that was a stupid move.

Rebounded with a nice win this week. Even though Cutler and Mendenhall did nothing for me.

Had a wild win in my money league. Was down 38-105 going into last night with Brady, Moss, and Gostkowski left to play. Didn't think I would make it. Well now I'm up 109-105 and still have the Ravens D. Unless they give up 35 to the Browns, I'll get the win!

The asking price is admittedly somewhat steep. I'll need a young QB in return, an established starter in the Ryan, Flacco, Sanchez mold. I will also need a 1st round pick. If you don't have one, then a 2nd rounder and a 1st in 2011. The third piece would have to be a young project at another position. A good example of this would be someone like Robert Meachem or Donnie Avery, someone who has the potential to be good, has shown flashes, but you're just not sure if he'll ever get it.

If you can meet those three pieces (young established QB/pick/wildcard at other position) then please let me know.
is that supposed to be some subtle hint or something....since i have sanchez and meachem? lol

I didn't even look at rosters, I was just throwing out names.

Folks, Peyton Manning is still on the block. I guess the trade deadline is tonight, as someone else said. If someone wants him, try to make an offer within the parameters I specified.

Oh, and which one of you losers actually lost to me this week? Man, ever since I went with the blow it up youth movement, I'm 2-1.

Pho (I still feel weird writing "Forehead"): I would've totally made a move for Peyton, but I don't have the necessary draft picks.

Dude, why don't you just bench the Ravens D? You're guaranteed the victory that way as long as the other guy doesn't have a player.

I've thought about it, but I'm in a tight race for the last playoff spot and want to have as many point as possible in case there's a tie. If I end up winning this I'll be in 7th. Top 6 make the playoffs.
