Kinda crazy when you think about it that a WR drafted in the 1st round of the NFL draft, and as the 1st receiver drafted, lasted till the 2nd of our draft. Everyone "knew" Dez was better even though he fell, but still.

Agreed, I've said to others that I'd love to know how he'd be doing if he was never injured, never missed time, etc. But he looks good right now. He'd be doing even better on a pass-happy team. Luckily right now, most of his targets are very deep. I don't think he can sustain great production without higher-percentage targets, though.

well, not that it matters at this point but I am voting to replace Kur with a new member. Wish it didn't have to come down to this but the fact he didn't even come back here to respond kinda sealed the deal for me. I feel bad voting him out because he did a lot for this league early on and he was part of choosing me as a replacement owner. But it seems like this is the best route to go for the leagues sake.

What is the worst case scenario as far as the FF setup, restarting an entire new league?

Thomas is giving me hope for LeShoure. They both had the same type of injury and Thomas looks fine now.

I'm all for having you stick around here. I think we just need you to be more active. I understand you're busy, but just come in here every once in awhile and make fun of CCFF or something.

Before things get out of hand on this forum, someone needs to have a one on one conversation with Kur so that he understands our concerns. Nobody wins if things get ugly.

Pretty sure everyone stated their concerns in this thread. Whether or not he read everyone else's opinion or just mine, I don't know. But the fact that 9 other members have already voted to replace him should speak for itself.

And I doubt stopping by just to call us bitches isn't going to win him any support.

Yeah, I agree with CCFF that this isn't working. Drop, as the owner with the most contact with kur via facebook and all that, as well as being co-commish, I think that this duty unfortunately falls to you.

Ok, here's what I told Kur via facebook message...."Hey Rick, the league has again asked me to get in touch with you and have you come by the league thread as soon as you get a chance." Now please tell me if i'm wrong here, but is this not what was asked of me? I know I wasn't very stern, but you guys have to understand, as the one who's repeatedly put in the position of getting in touch with Kur, i want to try to keep things civil, and as productive as possible.

Anyway, here's how he responded back to me, i'm assuming before he made that last post here, "Naw, I'll pass. Pho disappears for half a year cuz he is finishing up school and work and had a pregnant wife and no one says ****. I have the same just swapping the wife for a fiancé/ wedding and the asses decide to crucify me for it. If I wanted petty high school crap, if go back to high school. Nearly everyone in the league has disappeared for some period of time. But whatever. Have fun in the league."

Fellas, I think it's obvious that Kur has checked in on this, but doesn't want to have to defend himself. I understand that. He's had a lot going on, although i'm not exactly sure he's made that as clear to us as he may think he has. Regardless, I always liked Kur, but again I will say that this issue has to be taken care of. The way I see it, we've already voted Kur out. I hate that we had to do that, but we need someone in here who isn't as tied up with life as he is. And that's not a knock on him, that's just what happens in life. People get busy and fantasy football becomes something that isn't as important as everything else. Completely understandable if you ask me. He's clearly got a lot going on, but we're the ones left here in this league with an absent commisioner.

So league, tell me what to do....do I facebook him back and tell him that he's been voted out (even though i know he's a smart guy and already knows this), and tell him that we really need him to hand the commisionership over or what? I want you guys to understand, I like Kur and I don't want to make this personal between him and myself. Kur and I always saw eye to eye on most everything, and if he was ever able to get back into the position of being the active owner he was in the first 3 seasons of this league, I for one would gladly have him back.

I just want to know what you guys think the next step is. I can go right to flea flicker and explain what's going on and all that jazz, and probably get a new league set up with all our history intact and all that.....but I don't want to do that in the face of a guy i've always liked on these boards if it can be dealt with more mutually. That being said, I also want to do what's in the best interest of this league, and make sure we can continue on with business as usual without all this horse****.
