People got scared about the different designations and the compensation system.

One simple change that can help mobilize players is to make it illegal to demote a player to the PS. They can only be elevated from. To be placed on the PS, they have to be cut, clear waivers, and then they can be added directly to it. This makes the practice squad less like a regular roster spot and more like, well, a practice squad.

Wait, so we just weren't able to come up with an alternative? ... How about just not being able to re-claim/decide at the end of the season if you get your player back. I think that's the worst part of the PS rules. Thoughts?
