RIP Blake (royallypwned)
Your joke is lame but appropriate Riggo. Blatantly copying my original idea for your own needs...well, I'm honored. Of course, I made a point of separating myself from everyone, whereas you placed yourself directly underneath me, evoking the image that I'm taking a dump on you. Which I would do in a heartbeat if given the opportunity. Rather than trying to match me at trash talking, you might do better to stop misplacing your false teeth, lie down for your second nap of the day, and let someone in your family who is a bit younger bring you a moist washcloth.
Today's Pho insult is brought to you by Captain Planet.
What do you guys think of Ryan Mathews this season? It seems like alot of sites are ranking him really high and are expecting a huge season out of him. I ask because I have 10th pick in the redraft league I run and he's a guy I might have a shot at. Our league tends to be QB heavy in drafts because we award partial points for completions so I expect Rodgers, Brady and probably Cam and Brees to be gone by the time I pick. So I'm expecting some quality RB to fall down towards the end of the first. Obviously durability is the #1 concern with Mathews, but he is now one of the few RBs out there that will handle the vast majority of backfield work for his team.
Just wondering what you guys' thoughts are...
Mathews has a chance to really produce with Tolbert gone. The question is can he stay healthy enough to be a top pick? I'd say at #10 if you can get him, he's worth the gamble.
I like Mathews this year....but there's a young guy i like even more.
Demarco Murray....
Murray is a homerun threat buddy....a danger to score everytime he touches the ball. If he stays healthy he's a stud in the making. Mathews injury risk isn't any lower, and i'm not convinced he's quite the athlete Murray is. I know i'm in the minority here....but when i watch those two with the ball in their hands, one of them wows me, and it ain't Mathews.
Interesting thought Drop. I was a beneficiary of DeMarco's brief but exciting fantasy run last year so I know what he can bring to the table.
I might have to take the strategy of if the big 5 QB's are gone, draft Mathews round 1. But if one of the big 5 fall to me, take QB round 1 and Murray on the way back in round 2. I'm fairly certain he'll still be there for me.
Demarco's my 5th ranked RB. And i'd consider taking him over my 4th, which is Foster....i've just never been a fan of his.

Really high on McFadden there? I like him, just don't trust him.
