I have read the rules, but there's nothing on there that says how to put them on the Practice Squad. I understand the differences and what makes a player eligible for the PS or IR; I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything on Fleaflicker that designated PS from IR.

The injured reserve on fleaflicker (or FFIR) is different from our injured reserve (or IR). We use the FFIR as roster spots for our PS and IR to total 8 possible spots. So to place a player on your IR, you simply move them to the FFIR instead of your active roster/bench.

I like the redshirt idea because it prevents this confusion of terms, and if we prevent players from getting cut from the IR, it would sound more like a red shirted season in theory (did we already do that?).

Speaking of which, if we didn't, I wouldnt blame managers for using those roster spots on extreme fliers, and cutting them when they find a better flier. This would end up causing a lot of clutter on who is on the IR and who isn't, which would be annoying, so it should be outlawed, IMO.

Huh? I last updated my post in that thread in January, at the beginning of the fantasy offseason. We just edit the existing posts.

There are three or four of you who have a few hours to get your rosters in compliance or im making cuts when I next check in. I dont wanna hear the bitching fellas....everyone should be responsible enough to know how it works around here.

Matt, Riggo, 28....I filled/corrected your practice squads as opposed to making cuts for now. Your active rosters however are still in violation. If the necessary cuts arent made when I check in later the cuts will be made for you.
