Trade that was proposed to me:
I give Stevan Ridley, I get Kendall Wright and Evan Royster
My other RBs are Steven Jackson, Toby Gerhard, Taiwan Jones, and DeAngelo Williams

I dunno Hitman, what kind of league is this? One off, dynasty, redraft, etc? I only ask because NE running backs are such a crapshoot with Tom Brady slinging the ball 30+ times a game. Like I said before when going over Drop's trade, I have Green-Ellis, formerly of NE, in this league. He had 11 TD's last year, but only around 650 rushing yards. He did have a 1,000 yard season the year before (barely) but who knows. With Royster...well, he's the #1 right now, and running backs are generally successful in Shanahan's offense, but how long he's the #1...who knows. I think it really hinges on what you expect out of Kendall Wright, and who Ridley has to compete with for time at RB in New England. Honestly, I probably don't do the deal.

Oh, and not to pile on, but Steven Jackson is your #1 RB? Did you go QB-WR or WR-WR with your first two picks, assuming this is not a dynasty league? With Jackson's age and injury risk, I can't imagine drafting him before the 3rd/4th round.
Tough one for sure. But if it's dynasty....especially one where you can start only one RB, i love that deal for you.

It's not a dynasty, just a one-year league. I went WR-WR with my first two picks - I was picking 7th in a 12 man league. Got Jackson in the 3rd. The choices at RB were him, Fred Jackson, Adrian Peterson, Doug Martin, Michael Turner, and Frank Gore.
My roster:
RG3, Andy Dalton
Megatron, AJ Green, S. Moss, Blackmon, Little
Steven Jackson, Stevan Ridley, DeAngelo Williams, Toby Gerhart, Taiwan Jones
Vernon Davis, Jacob Tamme
Packers D
David Akers

My other ESPN league is much better. Was picking 2nd:
Matt Ryan, RG3
Ray Rice, Matt Forte, Doug Martin, Steven Jackson
AJ Green, Brandon Marshall, Pierre Garcon, Justin Blackmon, Reggie Wayne
Fred Davis, Coby Fleener
Redskins D, Vikings D
Garrett Hartley
Sav Rocca
Texans HC (He added punters and HC for ***** and giggles)

if it's redraft, you better keep Ridley.
I just tried to put in a waiver claim and it says that it won't effect my roster until week 2, meaning that rosters are basically locked for this week, on Wednesday. I don't recall this being the case in years past. Am I going crazy or did we change this up for this year?
Blind bidding just ended. So regular waiver claims can begin today, and they will process next Wednesday. Always been that way as far as I can remember.

Yup, that's what I put in bids for multiple DB's before the waivers changed over, so that I'd have them to strart this week. I haven't been carrying any all offseason.
