A few points:

- 600% markup at least. I'm a BAUS!

- I don't use tube socks, I use gloves. Then I wear them.

- How fitting that Drop and Conn know a "graphics guy." I can only assume that this is some playful euphemism for their personal gay pornographer. Next movie: "Mr. and Mr. Smith."

- And yeah Forehead, I think Riggo said it best with regards to paying out the annual points leader. It makes sense to reward someone for drafting and then coaching the best. Luck clearly has a factor in deciding who you match-up with. The analogy with the Saints doesn't fly because we don't have a way to limit the other team's points. We can only score. With all your moms.

b&g...MFL has a function where you can automatically import your entire league and league history over. now apparently this is still sort of a beta type deal for mfl to fleaflicker so being as I've never tried it i can't tell you how well it works until we give it a shot. one thing we can do...and i'll spend some time on it....is documenting important league history such as playoffs, playoff scores, champs, runner ups, division winners etc. i honestly think mfl will import all of that, but just in case it doesn't...we'll have it all.

so who else do we need to hear from? TDR, Pho, GO, Conn, Riggo, b&g, and myself all seem to be good with a switch to MFL and a $30 buy in. looks like ccff, hitman, 28, and Fancy need to comment on this lil matter. what do ya say boys?

MFL just has a better layout overall... it has a lot of important information right on the homepage that is customizable.... it has a chat feature right on homepage which makes it a TON easier to work out trades etc, you can private chat just between two owners and work out trade deals... it has instant notifications of trade offers etc, I get a text on my cell when someone sends me an offer...

thats a link to a league I am in, you wont be able to pull up much without being logged in... but you can see some of the features etc... and this league is pretty new and hasnt really done much for the customizing etc....

yup, looks good. and that's a pretty basic MFL page. it's so customizable and it has so many options it can take some time to get it all down, but it's well worth it.

i talked to Matt. He's down for a switch to MFL.

I just need to hear from 28, CCFF, and Hitman.

Hitman, you're the man buddy. Like Conn said, we don't want anyone to feel forced on this. It's just that we're in our 5th year, we're all very competetive, and Flea Flicker has had it's share of **** ups over the years that have left us complaining. I just don't see a better time than now to take this thing to the next level.

CCFF and 28...we eagerly await your opinions on the matter fellas.

If we lose our history, though, it will be a ****ing travesty. Fingers crossed, but can we get more assurance on this? Can someone ask a question on MFL forums to confirm, maybe?

If we are going to tidy our house before bringing another member, we should get on that ASAP. Couple questions: did we settle the draft order as being according to fleaflicker? Thought we did but don't think rules reflect that. Also, our practice squad rules are a joke.

i think we should keep our ps the way it is and just scrap the stupid claiming system.

and ccff, i'll do my best for some kind of an answer as it pertains to our league history. lil busy now through Wednesday but let me see what i can dig up up on it guys.

Does anyone else think we should just cut the IDP aspect of our league and be a large-roster offense only league? As the season wound down good IDP players were still getting junked on the waiver wire for offensive fliers. That's the trademark of a weak, ineffective IDP system even after our scoring changes. It just seems like an aspect of the league that nobody cares about, and it'd mostly just a waiverwire hassle on game day.

Couldn't disagree more. I have another league where someone has invested heavily in IDPs and he has played matchups successfully to get into championship game. I don't think people give them enough credit or understand how they work. They don't necessarily hold value for longer than a year because the defenses as a whole a very volatile. However, there are always highly producing IDPs that surface and can make a huge difference on gameday. Teams that devote more of their bench to IDPs will better able to react to these fluctuations and capitalize. You may think this is a hassle, but I think it's an excellent balancing strategy to our well defined offensive scoring system.

Why not create a claiming system that works? We don't need more roster spots.

i couldn't care less about idp's. it was fun at first...but its not a great dynasty fit imo.

and with the claiming system thing, again i just think its run its course. its really an unnecessary aspect of our league. once again...just my opinion.

hmmm... interesting thought... or maybe just two IDP spots, you can use on whoever you like?? not sure what I prefer... all gone, same as we have or a reduction??
