3rded. That's my vote as well, and agree with Daaskins being a close 3rd due to his enthusiasm. This is a case where "knowing" darrelgreenie gives him a bit of a leg up. We know he'll be around, we know he's active on here, we know he loves evaluating players. It definitely factors in for me.

i think S.T and dg are our guys. I also like that b&g had a first and second choice of a couple different names.

He posted in one of the threads, and when I PM'd him asking if he'd fill out the application for all of you to get a feel for him he pretty much worked what he had already said into answers to the questions we asked...so that paragraph he wrote in one of the threads is basically it. He's interested and is around a lot and would be active, and a good fantasy mind, but he also wasn't bursting with enthusiasm like some of the lesser known applicants. I was kinda giving him my vote because he's such a known quantity, and I like that he seriously scouts players, that would transition well.

But I also could be swayed to vote for one of the unknown guys who are more enthusiastic, if a good argument was made. I'm just leery of a guy who has 50-300 posts on here all of a sudden making it one of his favorite Internet pit stops multiple times a day.

But like I said, I'm playing it safe and playing favorites a little with dg because he's a known quantity who I have read for a long time in the Stadium portion of the forum. I could be persuaded to go another way.

But my vote for S.T.real,lights,out is rock solid at this point. He deserves it.

The lack of a formal application isn't as big a deal to me as the lack of interest and enthusiasm. i liked daaskins from the start, so i'll go with him as a strong second to S.T. if the interest isn't really there from dg.

Wow, hm. That convo between you and dg kinda threw me off his scent. S.T. definitely gets my first vote, and right now it's a toss up for me between dg and daaskins. If you put a gun to my head (well, I would just point one at back at your balls, if anyone can find them), I would say daaskins.
