I'd like to thank BOTH of our new members for speedily setting up their teams on MFL....good work fellas. Also, i appreciate the questions i've gotten so far about the league, i'm glad you guys are checking things out and asking questions as they come up. I have a good feeling about both of you guys....i think we made a couple excellent additions to our league!
So Special-Olympians, huh? I like it!

I have some guys on my trade block.. including Lynch or Murray, and my 1st round pick... look for a WR1ish
Gentleman, I'm glad to say that the 2013 MFL page is available, our draft picks should all be 100% correct, but if you notice an error please let me know. Here is our NEW league page, PLEASE bookmark this in place of the old site. http://www10.myfantasyleague.com/2013/home/52150#0 I'll post this on our old MFL page as well.
Do NOT continue trading on Flea Flicker, ignore Flea Flicker, it may as well not even exist. Do NOT continue trading on the 2012 MFL site. From now on, you don't even need to comment in the trade thread, we can just let that die. Of course discussing trades via PM here is still highly encouraged, i would suggest sending proposals on MFL so we all get used to checking in there regularly. Remember, we can only trade draft picks for the current year, and the following year.
Leaguesafe is also fully set up, and you should receive email invitations to that shortly. Our league dues are $30.00 per person. Our deadline for payment is April 15th 2013, that's 69 days away and I believe right before the NFL Draft. I think two months is pretty reasonable to have our league dues paid. If you can't pay by then, or you FORGET, or NEGLECT to, there will be a $10.00 late fee that will be thrown into the winnings. When you get on leaguesafe you'll see dues can be paid by E-Check (which links to your bank account). This is free...if we allow debit card and credit card payments it will add a 3% surcharge to our payments, and i'd rather avoid that. Oh, and we'll get $20.00 off our league fee from MFL if we're all paid up and have MFL by early June, so that's another reason for the April 15th deadline. I want plenty of time in case someone runs late on paying so that we get the discount. It only makes our pot bigger. Our league total with the discount should be $69.95. So $360.00 - $69.95 = $290.05.
$290.05 is what we have to work with for our payout structure. My proposed payout structures are as follows. If anyone has any suggestions oor modifications, speak up.
Payout Structure A: $150.05 - League Champ
$ 50.00 - Runner Up
$ 30.00 - Each division winner X 3 ($90.00 total)
*This option pays each division winner $30.00, which would cover their league buy in the following season if they so choose, however it kinda leaves the Wild Card team out in the cold, and i'm not a fan of that at all.
Payout Structure B: $155.05 - League Champ
$ 55.00 - Runner Up
$ 20.00 - Each division winner X 3 ($60.00 total)
$ 20.00 - Wildcard Team
*This option rewards the Wildcard team as well as the Division winners, but each team only gets $20.00 which could go towards your league buy in the following season should you choose that.
Payout Structure C: $160.05 - League Champ
$ 50.00 - Runner Up
$ 20.00 - Each division winner X 3 ($60.00 total)
$ 20.00 - Wildcard Team
*This option is nearly identical to option B, with a slight payout advantage to the League Champ, and a slight hit to the Runner Up. I like this option a good bit because I feel the champ should have the payout advantage, and I also feel like the Wildcard team should be rewarded for making the playoffs. This option, as do the previous three, do not reward the team with the best regular season record though.
Payout Structure D: $145.05 - League Champ
$ 45.00 - Runner Up
$ 20.00 - Each division winner X 3 ($60.00)
$ 20.00 - Wildcard Team
$ 20.00 - Team with the most points scored in the regular season
*This option breaks the winnings down a bit more for the league champ and runner up, but allows us to reward $20.00 to the team with the best regular season record. It wouldn't be terrible to earn some winnings two or three different ways. Imagine winning your division, having the most points, and winning the championship. Your winnings would be $185.05 under this structure.
Think about the payout options, I'd like to get this voted on ASAP so I can include it in the bylaws. When I get a majority vote out of the four options, I will make a ruling. I'm going to post this as a poll to the 2013 MFL league page, please cast your official vote there. I'm going to leave the poll open for one week, when it closes, it closes and the voting is over. Thanks fellas!

Good stuff drop...
In case anyone wants to know, I voted for option D. I convinced myself that the team with the most points scored should get something.
