Skins79 quit? That has to me a joke right? I mean, I'm in shock, but I'm doing a slow Rudy style golf clap for Hitman right now. Those who are long timers will know that I have sunk to the depths of depravity in the past describing what I'd do to some of you and your immediate family, and I've never been able to get anyone to quit. Well done Hitman...well done.

As for the other guy, if this is indeed not just Drop ****ing with us, I won't refer to him by screen name anymore. What a crybaby *****. Clearly not a fit for this league, ****ing dancing nancy.

It's not a joke. He sent me a pm saying he was out because although he enjoys trash talking, what Hitman said was essentially out of line. lol...i mean i guess some people just ain't game for that type of chatter. Check the MFL page, his team is gone and up for grabs.

I've sent a pm to Daaskins....if he doesn't want the spot we might have to go outside of ES for a replacement. Shaun and I are a part of a couple different fantasy forums that might have some untapped fantasy talent in the form of a Redskins fan or two. I'd think they'd know about ES if they're Skins fans...but hey i guess not every Skins fan knows we're here right?

I feel like since both are so active on the board they were bound to have seen the thread and didn't respond meaning they're not interested but I mean it's worth a shot if we're getting desperate. Maybe we should get a list of those who applied who we never pursued and just revote?

Might as well open up a new discussion since we've gotten the 2013 MFL setup all done, minus getting our final new owner in.


So here's what i want to know....out Practice Squad claiming system, is it even worth having? To the new guys, i understand this is a complicated concept we have in place, but the league bylaws lay it out pretty well. I'm gonna put this bluntly, i'm not interested in modifying our PS claiming system. I want to eliminate it all together. It's insufficient and it's a **** ton of stuff to keep track of and remember. It's never been used successfully in the history of our league, and it simply doesn't serve a purpose. If someone can offer up a REALLY good way to fix what we have in place, by all means let us hear it. But my proposal is to simply keep our practice squad, and do away with the claims of PS players all togehter. What do you guys think about it?[COLOR="Gold"]

My 2 cents. Not really sure how it works with you guys with PS claims. But in my other dynasty league we only had like 4 claims all year. And two of them were against my team. I was forced to move my guys up and keep them active...i kind of liked that. But i dont know how it works in this league. If there are a crazy amount of claims put it then yea i can understand not wanting to deal.

If this we the case we would just use our PS squad as a hold for 1st and 2nd year players. But we would still be able to move guys on and off of our PS to Active as much as we would like right?

I say keep our current PS rules on who is elligible moving players etc.... but just eliminate claiming.....
