ConnSKINS, here's what you're roster looks like right now. I went to FF and grabbed this for you so you could take a look and begin evaluating even though you don't have access to FF yet.
oh and the only draft pick you don't have for the forseeable future is next years 1st rounder. you still have your 2nd and 3rd, and i'm sure a savvy guy like you will be able to acquire a first if you decide you want one.
Roster:
David Garrard
Philip Rivers
Derek Anderson
Thomas Jones
Fred Taylor
Marion Barber
Darren Sproles
Le'Ron McClain
Bernard Berrian
Nate Burleson
T. J. Houshmandzadeh
Laveranues Coles
Nate Washington
Lance Moore
Miles Austin
Donald Lee
Tony Scheffler
Fred Davis
Sebastian Janikowski
Nick Folk
Jacksonville Jaguars
Pittsburgh Steelers
Terrence McGee
Thomas DeCoud
Adewale Ogunleye
Juqua Parker
Calvin Pace
E. J. Henderson
London Fletcher
Rocky McIntosh
So, I'm feeling pretty decent about my QB position, considering. I've got rivers, although without Jackson, and I've got Anderson. I wouldn't be surprised to see him as the starter in Arizona, and another fluke season, especially with one of the games best WR's, is possible. Though not probable.
RB's are another story.
Miles Austin is about it for me at WR, with T.J. and Berrian having some value there as well.
So basically, I've got few for-sure talents, some maybes, and a lot of duds.

Thanks for the roster, Drop, I'll go update the roster thread with my post now!

no problem. it's the least i could do seeing as you can't get into FF yet.
oh and if it hasn't been mentioned yet...all of the leagues rules are in the 1st post in the roster thread. you can check out pretty much everything there. If you have a question, odds are that's the place to find the answer.

Done. And btw, "trianglecyclone"?!? Really? Neither creative nor funny - impressive. I hope that's not the best you've got.
Also, TDR holds my balls even without me asking (usually in his mouth).
Speaking of Vinny-like tendencies, I also just inherited my team and also had no draft picks this year. From looking at fleaflicker it seems that I have all of my picks in 2011 plus another first rounder. Is that true? If not, where do we keep track of this?

Aw, thats too bad, because I had my eye on several rules that need to be changed....
Just......jo.......king.
Seriously guys, I appreciate the consideration. ConnSkins looks like he'll be a great fit for the league; I wish him luck. I'll be keeping an eye on his team with great interest.
Hopefully you guys are willing to keep me on the wait-list in case another spot opens up in the future. I'll definitely be interested!
Good luck everyone and have a great season!
"When you see a coach drawing up a play, and he just starts laughing, like, 'Ha! How are they going to stop us right here?' For a coach to have that mentality, drawing up a play on the chalkboard, it's like, 'Well, if he feels like they ain't going to stop us, I can't help but feel like they ain't going to stop us."'

Two things: rosters down to 30 + 8 day before first regular season game.
And two: Millett doesn't have balls...those are just closely spaced ovaries.

Welcome to the league CS26. I know you will be a great addition, so thank you for joining us.
I give Kur alot of **** but he constructed some very clear rules. Please dont follow the bad example everyone is setting. Here is the direct quote from the rules thread regarding the roster cuts.
After you purge those scrubs from your team, hit me up cause I've got alot of developmental talent on my bench.
Roster Size
*In-season rosters consist of thirty-eight (38) slots: thirty (30) slots for active players, five (5) slots for the practice squad, and three (3) slots for the injured reserve.
*Off-season rosters consist of forty-eight (48) slots: forty (40) slots for active players, five (5) slots for the practice squad, and three (3) slots for the injured reserve.
*There will be two series of roster cuts prior to the start of the regular season. Owners must cut their rosters to thirty-five (35) players by the day before the opening kick-off of NFL preseason. Owners must cut their rosters to thirty (30) players by the day before opening kick-off of the NFL regular season.
EDIT: the offseason IR spots are really the IR meaning those players arent availble till the end of the season. This needs to be reflected on the Roster thread and for ease the players should be on the IR on FF too.

Eagle, Cards swap draft picks who were picked consecutively

When Cardinals fullback Nehemiah Broughton went down with a knee injury in Saturday's preseason game, we wondered whether the injury would open the door for the Juggernaut, *****.
Though it's possible that Regan Maui'a will get a chance to run through linebackers like thin drywall with lots of holes in it, another fullback has arrived via trade.
Charles Scott has been acquired from the Eagles, in exchange for rookie cornerback Jorrick Calvin.
Both players are rookies, and they each were picked in the sixth round of the 2010 draft. To make the situation even more strange, Scott was the 31st pick in round six, and Calvin was the 32nd.
