Watching that made me think that something else is going on in his life that's pissing him off, or maybe he's just a terminal a-hole. If you're upset about a workplace incident (and you're the boss), say what you have to say one time, forcefully, and be done with it. Make sure everyone understands it. But to prattle on and on like that is unnecessary, unprofessional and counterproductive.

I wonder if this was an isolated incident or if he blows up like this all the time.

Well, if one of his staff took the chance with his job security to abscond with the footage and put it on YouTube, I'm guessing the latter.

This doesn't surprise me at all. Most TV personalities always think they are better than the other people working to make the show, and they treat them like crap. I'm not saying Berman was wrong, but it is exactly what I would expect from him.

I go to school for TV Productions, and what he did here is not uncommon. It gets hectic during production, in the control room, and on the set. But when its all over, every one leaves it behind them, and forgets about it.

I lose no respect for him here...been there, done that, seen it before. Like I said, it gets hectic.

I'm not sure how anyone can lose respect for him for what he did. Everyone has days like this!

He screwed up his prompter read and then started acting like a little B*tch and blaming everyone else. I am sure he has had to read prompter before with people moving around in his many years broadcasting.

He is an arrogant goat f*cker that can't own up to his own mistakes and if I were on prompter I would deliberately misspell something or replace a word to make him look bad.

Trust me when I say crews have a way of getting back at pricks like him.
