No, but I am at work and there could be something blocking me from connecting. But I have downloaded the 49ers game and the Super Bowl games with no problem.

You can try to change your port.

Options-->Preferences-->Connection-->Random Port-->OK

I think this is the reason. I downloaded the Saints vs Skins game and it is working just fine. With this game the tracker tab says this:
