Default Inspired by the "Nation" thread. Songs that remind you of your crazy days

The music may be considered terrible today (and for the trance generations they will most certainly be hated) but they remind you have that crazy time from 18-20 something where you let loose more than you care to admit.

No crap that reminds you of you HS football team, movie sound tracks, or any other such nonsense. This is strictly music that reminds you of your first taste of the party life as an adult. Doesn't have to be a club, could be parties at college or something similar.

    I will begin with these:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_mBh2...eature=related
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cEBHLjc4DQA

lol I laugh just hearing that last one...

If you are under 20... this thread is not for you. But you older bamas out there I expect to see some disco mentioned!

bama? you're the bama, BAMA!! lol

when I was first starting to party we listened to a lot of chuck brown, little benny and RE.

little benny = cat in the hat
chuck brown = i need some money and bustin loose
    RE = anything

also Run DMC "walk this way" B-Boys "fight for your right to party" remind me of smoking boat for the first time...lol

I think the fact that Luna's second album reminds me of being extremely impaired tells you all you need to know about my college experience.

I know, I had to drop it quick when I moved away in 92.

If you wanna talk about go-go to people outside of DC you have to go "you ever hear 'da butt'?" and then you can talk about go-go.

i found a cassette that I had from RE and Junkyard in 87 at the Cap Center. I gave it to my brother when he came out here last summer and it still plays as well as it did when I recorded it.

I remember freshman year of college about 6 of us got completely trashed on a random Tuesday night... God knows how much we drank & how many illegal substances we ingested...

but about 4 in the morning someone got the idea to put in Pantera's Vulgar Display of Power in a completely dark basement with a strobe light. It was a monster stereo... really loud. Sounds random, but it was one of the funniest nights of my life... I crack up whenever I see / hear anything Pantera, thinking about 6 of us completely beating the **** out of each other in the dark for 30 minutes straight for absolutely no reason... other than we were completely out of our minds and it was funny as hell.

As for the clubs... the Spice Girls were HUGE when I turned 21. You couldn't get away from it.

As horrible as the Spice Girls were they did make some tunes that kinda stay with you. Unfortunately.

What a great CD, we use to do the same with Bio Hazard - Punishment. Were the rumors of them being racist true?
