Ludacris, rapper and avid supporter of Barack Obama (Obama once claimed to have Ludacris in heavy rotation on his iPod) has released a new song called 'Politics: Obama Is Here' in which he attacks Hillary Clinton as an 'irrelevant *****'.

    Lyrics:
I'm back on it like I just signed my record deal
yeah the best is here, the Bentley Coup paint is dripping wet, it got sex appeal
    never should have hated
    you never should've doubted him
with a slot in the president's iPod Obama shattered 'em
Said I handled his biz and I'm one of his favorite rappers
Well give Luda a special pardon if I'm ever in the slammer
Better yet put him in office, make me your vice president
Hillary hated on you, so that b^$&%* is irrelevant
Jesse talking slick and apologizing for what?
if you said it then you meant it how you want it have a gut!
and all you other politicians trying to hate on my man,
watch us win a majority vote in every state on my man
you can't stop what's bout to happen, we bout to make history
the first black president is destined and it's meant to be
the threats ain't fazing us, the nooses or the jokes
so get off your ass, black people, it's time to get out and vote!
paint the White House black and I'm sure that's got 'em terrified
McCain don't belong in ANY chair unless he's paralyzed
Yeah I said it cause Bush is mentally handicapped
Ball up all of his speeches and I throw em like candy wrap
cause what you talking I hear nothing even relevant
and you the worst of all 43 presidents
get out and vote or the end will be near
the world is ready for change because Obama is here!
    cause Obama is here
The world is ready for change because Obama is here!

Obama camp condemns song: Ludacris 'should be ashamed'

Barack Obama's campaign is condemning a song by the rapper Ludacris that praises Obama and bitterly attacks Senators Hillary Clinton and John McCain.

"As Barack Obama has said many, many times in the past, rap lyrics today too often perpetuate misogyny, materialism, and degrading images that he doesn’t want his daughters or any children exposed to," said spokesman Bill Burton. "This song is not only outrageously offensive to Senator Clinton, Reverend Jackson, Senator McCain, and President Bush, it is offensive to all of us who are trying to raise our children with the values we hold dear. While Ludacris is a talented individual he should be ashamed of these lyrics."

"Hillary hated on you, so that ***** is irrelevant," say the lyrics. "McCain don't belong in ANY chair unless he's paralyzed Yeah I said it cause Bush is mentally handicapped."

The song also celebrates Obama's rise.

"The first black president is destined and it's meant to be," go the lyrics, calling on voters to "paint the White House black.

The song notes that Obama has praised Ludacris, and calls on him to "give Luda a special pardon if I'm ever in the slammer."

"The world is ready for change because Obama is here!" it concludes.
I find this extreamly funny. Obama condemns him, but admits he has his songs in his Ipod. Obama, if you have his songs in your Ipod, you KNOW what type of lyrics he has.

I have Ludacris songs in my Ipod, but not all of them.
"The Internet is like a herd of performing elephants with diarrhea: massive, difficult to redirect, awe-inspiring, entertaining, and a source of mind-boggling amounts of excrement when you least expect it" - I wish I had said this.

I have tons of artists on my iPod that I enjoy listening to.

However, if you think I agree with what 99% of them are saying in the lyrics then you have another thing coming.

That said, Ludacris really messed things up here - just another thing negative for people to talk about for a week.

He's more than likely condemning Luda for what he said about Hillary.

It's okay to rap about bitches and hos, but not about bitches and hos that are in the Senate and have supporters you need to vote for your candidate.

That's not going to sit well with the Hillary woman voters and rural America. Of course, by the time the national media manipulates the story and than beats it to death... we'll all be made to believe that it was a good thing and Obama should be praised and exalted for being in a rapper's song.

    there is the song.

Ahh Rap... the one popular medium for which there is no social guilt trip to suffer when all the rules are broken. There is some fear mongering, racial nonsense, a line that I'm sure to offend about McCain/paralyzed, and calling a woman the b word. Think luda cares? Any whining will increase his spins.

If Ludacris is truly an Obama "supporter", he should really be happy now putting out some stupid **** like that - which will surely lose Obama some points in the polls for a while.

And by the time you manipulate the story and beat it to death, Obama will be blamed for the song - heck, Obama will have have written the song himself.

Nahh - they will just ask Obama to PROVE that he didn't write the song....

Not sure what's funny about it. If you have a artist on your IPOD that you can no longer disagree with any lyrics on any song they ever sing?

Is that what the OP is saying?
