As far as avatars, the resolution/compression on those leave a lot to be desired. However, redskins.com has some of those same AP pics with much better clarity.

But if someone can't even take the time to upload & install the avatars I've done for the last two years, I really can't see the point in myself or anyone else doing any more avatars.

You could just use the avatars that have been used in the past, couldn't you? Seems like a healthy alternative to none at all.

There is no shortage of avatars at this point. The problem is, the ES staff doesn't have the technical access to install the avatars, and the gentleman who DOES have the technical access to install the avatars simply refuses to do it. And, unlike the ES staff, this gentleman is employed and on salary, wouldn't you know, by the Redskins.

At least that's the way I understand it.

I like the idea of the rank system based on the avatars, but this is getting kind of ridiculous.
