    It don't matter.

When the Skins win, boiled Spam and creamed Brussels sprouts washed down by week-old bong water would taste good.

When they lose, a 14 oz. Porterhouse and hand-tossed Ceasar salad , washed down with a '73 Rothschild would taste like, well ... boiled Spam.

Not really, but you get my drift.

Blondie, I'll definitely save you a seat.

It's got to be barbequed ribs. Pork or Beef, it don't matter. But usually I start to parboil them during game time, light the charcoal at halftime, and get my grub on after the game. I don't like getting myself distracted from the game, unless it's to run to the frig to grab another cold one, or two if the game is really good.

Like Brave, when the weather cools off, I tend to not want to go outside. So then I fire up the Foreman roterssarie (sp). I'll tell you guys, if you haven't tried one, you need to. Stick a chicken in for a couple of hours and presto, fine cuisine. If only all cooking was this simple.

Well Om, that was appetizing. ABout as much as a warm bucket of hamster vimit. Though I do have to agree with the whole losing and winning deal.

Will save you a seat too Blondie. But not for the Bucket.

Pardon my ignorance, but what are Trappy's?

anything but that mayonaise chicken mayonaise sandwich from Chicken Out at FedEx. My lord! I thought the mayo was supposed to be cheese since there was so much on it. I almost puked when I bit into it. I'll just stick with the $15 chicken fingers platter.

These dudes we tailgate with make the best wings I've had. They are just great. As far as away games, I've usually had too many beers by noon to even think about using an oven, some I'm almost always stuck ordering wings or pizza.

By the way, is anyone else as faithful to Budweiser as I am on game days? I don't know what it is, I hardly ever drink it otherwise, but to me there's nothing like an icy cold red, white and blue as the kickoff draws near.

Hey guys, I didn't want to start a new thread but I need quick help.

Who has better wings? Buffalo Wild Wings or Hooters? Ive only been to Hooters because I had a friend in my college dorm who worked there. I am taking out so "the view/atmostphere" is not part of the answer I need, just the chicken wing. I am bringing wings to a party so I don't want to mess this up. Thanks yall.

If you bring wings from any place order them naked and well done with sauce in the side and once you get to party dump the sauce on the wings ...this way the wings wont get soggy. If you go to hooters order naked non breaded.....they bread their wings but give you a option not to. BWB ...I like the parmesean garlic wings and the have a bbq habenero sauce too thats good

Thanks Shuler, are the breaded not good and do most people prefer naked?

    I love a good chili/bean/cheese/jalapeno dip

Any kind of pork is always good

    Hotwings.

Then hotdogs. I have to learn how to cook them like they do on those shows on the Travel Channel, where they fry them to crisp perfection.

Perfect thread that has been rather randomly resurrected from ten years ago.

More to the point, I'm planning on watching the Superbowl with my Dad tonight and thought I'd bring along some very American food. Any thoughts or suggestions? Chicken Wings seem popular. I'm tempted to get with some chilli topped with some cheese and tortillas...

Sunchokes fried in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt, with a Coke Zero.
