Default NFL.com Diet Pepsi Rookie of the Week Vote

Well, alas, Chris Horton wasn't considered good enough to make the voting for the DPOW award, but he is one of the finalists for the Rookie of the Week voting now at NFL.com. Let's give some love to our outstanding rookie for his stellar performance against the Saints.

I believe it is a must that he win this thing .

They may also avoid looking at long-term consequences of their actions.

I love how our rookie is the latest pick, and performed that well.

I doubt he will win it. Each candidate has an accompanying video highlighting his performance. Horton's video just showed the fumble recovery which, frankly, does not come across as particularly special.

What was particularly special about Horton was that recovery combined with the two heads-up picks off of tipped passes.

Since the video doesn't really capture his overall performance, I doubt football fans from outside the Skin's base will vote for him.

    But I did.

I voted, but honestly, I don't think he will win. Too many big name offensive guys who are not Redskins are on that list this week. Too many things against Horton.

Thanks to Soup for the sig!

Uuh, remember a guy named Gus Ferotte - the CB before there was a CB!

It is lame that the only thing they of him in the accompanying video is the fumble recovery. I mean come on NFL.com 2 INTs need to be shown.
