Default Okay, so how many 'pinkie-questionable' passes will Romordinary throw this weekend?

I'm actually thinking he has the most problems with the snap...especially in shot gun.

Now, we all know Romo is a turn-over machine, but this should make it doubly difficult for him to protect the ball.

BTW, this shows great confidence in BJ, doesn't it?

Considering Romo's history with hand injuries, this is probably the dumbest move they've made in years.

Imagine. Brett Favre had to ridicule Romo into playing.

    So pathetic.

I would suspect that the snap from center would be the worse, since in that stance the pinky fingers are inside, not outside like in the shotgun. With the snap from center the pinky fingers need to stop the ball as well as the other fingers. Its not a catchng motion but a grabbing motion.

BTW, there's a lot of rationalizing going on in pukeville. Who's gonna catch the heat if Romo's injury becomes more severe? Looks like Jerruh has the answer.

"It's so interesting in how he's explaining to me he's found out he can put the emphasis with the little finger on the [ring] finger and do what the little finger does. He said I just had to get it through in my mind and let me see how much I can throw it. He's trying to work with this ...

"This is a decision that Wade and Tony will have to make regarding the pain. As it would pertain to the long term risk, then I'll be a good observer of that decision."

Jerry has literally been hands-on with the decision making on this one, catching passes from Romo in the Cowboys' indoor facility yesterday morning. Romo wanted the owner to feel firsthand how much velocity he could put on the ball.

We're tracking a rumor that Jerry got into the role so much that he borrowed a pair of T.O.'s tights.

    Gawd, I know!

It's difficult to lampoon the pukes' reality.

    It's demoralizing.

I'm usually amongst the biggest of the Cowboy-bashers, but on this one I have to give Romo points for playing. Even with the whole Brett Favre phone call thing, I still didn't think he had it in him. Then again, I suppose it's not saying much about his rep as a football player if we all think he's that big of a wimp in the first place. Plus, I don't hate him nearly as much as some of the other players over there. It's hard to hate Gomer Pyle.

If the broken pinky is on his right hand, that hand will be on the top (in the center's crack) and his left hand should be underneath. He could probably take the snap without too much pain if he closes his hands on the ball and lets his pinky lag behind a split second. It should hurt like hell, but I imagine he'll have a cortisone shot prior to the game. That said, all you need is one snap where he takes it the wrong way and that ball is loose.

If Romo plays, alot of Skins fans around here are going to have new video for their signatures! It's going to be Fumblepalooza 08.

Will Jerruh's dotardage be as awful as Al Davis'? Will TO cry as he holds a crumpled Romo in his arms? Will Pacman run on to the field and hit Steven Jackson with a steel chair?

Tune in this Sunday as the Cowboy Circus comes to a TV set near you!

Someone is going to take a strong swipe at Romo's hand whether its a clean hit or after the play in a pile.

    One.

After that, if the hand is hurting he better pull his own butt out and place it on the bench. Proving that you meet the high standards of the *cough* great *cough* Brett Favre should be secondary to a win...

Even though there has been a lot of talk about "Romo might play against the Ram", I doubt that will happen. I'm pretty sure we will see Brad Johnson out there playing. Even though I rather see Romo out there playing just because it will be hilariously funny when they lose against the Rams, Brad Johnson will most likely put the Cowboys in a better position to win against the Rams only because he is healthy.
