after watching this Monday Night Football game, I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY that the Redskins decided to take Fred Davis over DeSean Jackson! I mean, who would want a guy who runs great seam routes, catches the ball and hangs onto it after taking a big hit as well as a good punt returner when we could have a guy who is late to meetings and does NOTHING on the field!

I bet Jackson would have been on the field as much as Davis if he was drafted here. I just don't think there was enough interest to get the rookies on the field because we aren't anywhere near as desperate for a good receiver as the Eagles are. Not to mention, we already have Moss and Randal El, we need height, which is the one thing the other Eagles receivers do have. We tried the smurf brigade for a few years, we've proven it doesn't work in Washington.

Exactly. The dude should not be running the Wild Cat. He is a great young wideout though. He has a pretty good qb who has been in that system for quite some time though. I still think that we've got some good young receivers. Patience grasshoppa' is right
