Audiotape of USAir Hudson Ditching Released

The audio of radio communication between pilot Chesley B. "Sully" Sullenberger and air traffic controllers in the minutes before the emergency ditching in the Hudson River has been released. Holy ****, that pilot is one cool customer. He tells the tower he'll be ditching in the Hudson as calmly as telling them he's parking his car. The tower guys can hardly believe their ears, but I admire their cool professionalism too.

when he was introduced at the super bowl he got a bigger cheer then anyone else. i think he was more popular then both teams too.

I heard this morning he's grounded until the investigation is completed. Just a procedural thing though.
