No they aren't. They are just lazy and not gritty. We have loads of talent but honestly this team isn't built for a long playoff run yet. It gets lazy and soft and apathetic. We need grit.

As some one said the other day in a Caps game thread, I feel like I'm watching a Skins game. How can the bad teams beat Washington when the Caps were doing so well for a majority of the season??

Looks like game over tonight. The Pens are probably laughing at us now since we have them next. They're gonna whoops our butts on Sunday if the Caps don't get their stuff together!!

My tv freezing up every five minutes is not helping me either. Guess it must be the HD thing, which I do not have. Thanks for letting me vent.

I haven't been able to watch the entire game. I missed part of the second period earlier.

Ovechkin just makes such a difference on the ice. We have some real talent around him, but its just too much of a shock to lose the best player in the world.

I suppose the only positive thing about the 3 losses at home is that we didn't get shut out. We've scored at least one goal before the very end. All I know is that I don't want to be at practice the next day. Gabby is going to really chew them out!! I just don't know what else to say.

Oh stop with the "Ovechkin" crap. This team has loads of talent. We were sucking with him in the lineup anyways. It isn't Ovechkin, it's the mindset of the team which is lazy and soft.
