Any Green Day fans out there? (BJA is going to rehab)

I'm in the camp that says Green day gets better with every release. I know many die-hard GD fans think they've sold out but "Warning" and "American Idiot" were all-time classic recordings IMHO. Great, great albums.

I look forward to "21st Century Breakdown."

Amazing album. I think it tops American Idiot.

Wow! I better pick it up today then because I thought "Idiot" was one of the best albums I've ever owned. Not kidding.

I always liked Green Day, although I never really listened to Warning or American Idiot. I kind of stopped after Nimrod.

It's good, and yes, it does sound like American Idiot. But it's not as good or as cohesive. A lot of the mid-song tempo changes seem forced, whereas "Jesus of Suburbia" was perfection.

I love Green Day, and American Idiot is probably my favorite album of all time, any band, any genre.

That being said, I didn't think GD could top AI, but they have done it again. Incredible album from one of the greatest bands of this generation.

This is another album I'll listen through hundreds of times as I did with Idiot.

AI is so classic, and the new one just might top it when all is said and done. I've been listening to it all day and with each listen I'm more and more impressed.

The Warning was the bridge to American Idiot. TW was solid but I think they took things to a new level with AI.

"21 Guns" will be the next single off the album.

I've listened to this thing at least fifty times and there is no doubt that it tops American Idiot even though they all said it couldn't be done.
