I don't mean to break up PCS' great nature shots, but I was able to see our one and only Darrell Green talk for a little bit today at an ESPN event at Disney, and used my very amateurish skills to get a few pictures:

Yeah, it was pretty cool. I didn't get to see much of Darrell though since I had to go to an ESPN Insider event, but for the 10 minutes or so I saw of him he was pretty entertaining. Just cracking jokes on Thurman Thomas the whole time.

There was a Q & A style format to it, and a guy in the crowd wearing a Chris Cooley jersey asked him if he thought Campbell was a good QB, and what should we do with our 4th overall pick. Green took the diplomatic answer and said he was just working out and running his business stuff lately, but from what he saw of the Redskins there wasn't a lot of continuity anymore as a franchise so it's hard to say about Campbell's future success. He does like Shanahan as the new coach though.

Everything he said after that, that I saw anyway, was more related to his 40 training, keeping himself in shape at his age, etc. He got a pretty big ovation when he came on stage, considering there were only a couple of Redskins fans that I saw in the crowd.
