Your right, no one guy has won it with two different teams. However 5 coaches have lead two seperate teams to the Superbowl
Don Shula, Colts & Miami
Bill Parcells, Giants & Patriots
Dick Vermeil, Eagles & Rams
Dan Reeves, Broncos & Falcons
Mike Holmgren, Packers & Seahawks
Now with that out of the way, who cares? Seriously. If we had an attitude that things that have never been done CAN NEVER be done we would still be in the stone age. Take it easy man, because somethings not been done yet just means its not been done yet, not that it can't ever be done
I like Zorn. =[
httr life.
Don Shula, Colts (Lost) & Miami (Won twice, Lost Three times) (And at least 1 NFL Champ pre merger.)
Bill Parcells, Giants (Won twice) & Patriots (Lost)
Dick Vermeil, Eagles (Lost) & Rams (Won once)
Dan Reeves, Broncos (lost 3 Times) & Falcons (LOST)
Mike Holmgren, Packers (Won then Lost) & Seahawks (LOST)
So other than Shula and Vermeil everyone else LOST in with their new teams. Not exactly stellar or predictive that a coach who won elsewhere would win here, except that both Dick and Don lost at their previous stint.
I am pretty sure that Shanahan was in the mix last year when Zorn's job was in jeoperdy. I was talking to a guy at the skins eagle's game last year and he told me that if the skins had lost that game that they would have pursued Shanahan.
yay lets get a guy who thinks he is bigger than the organization. sweet. super bowl here we come.
If the Skins get Cutler, Zorn has got to know he's the next whipping boy. Cutler has already been designated the saviour. So if and when the offense flounders, its got to be Zorn. If Zorn doesn't know this, he better now.![]()
Skins 26 Cowbums 3 -- Skins 31 Cowbums 17 2 NFC CHAMPIONSHIPS [/B] courtesy of the Cowbums. 2 biggest games ever betweens these 2 franchises! For the Right to go to the SUPERBOWL!
sounds snyderesk, i could see it happening. not that i want it to happen just that it wouldn't surprise me.i wonder what zorn really thinks bout cutler? and if he feels that cutler could actuall play his offense better than campbell?i like jc, always have and it's too bad that either the offense has changed every year or injury issues with oline.didn't really expect this but i have heard alot of people wanting jc gone.unfortunately it may take him going somewhere else to excel.gee, that's never happend before.pass the popcorn guys, and stay tuned.it's snyder time
