What do you expect, Snyder is in full on 1984-esque spin control mode.
Those kind of chants are doubleplus ungood

How did the "Sell the Team" chant go in the 2nd quarter?
need a new sig
didnt hear it on TV, heard some lady yell Jason suck in the 3rd qtr.
As for Gruden, it did sound to me like he was interviewing for a job when calling the game, even before kickoff, his opening was like his own pep talk to the Skins. The flashing of the ring just confirms his intentions.
I kinda like Gruden, but I dont think he is the best player personel type of guy. Give the guy some talent, and he can do wonders, but it seems as if he is constantly looking for the next Brett Favre.
Snyder was conspicuously absent from his box just about the whole game, as was Cerrato. I was sitting in 119, which is on the 20 yard line behind the visitor's bench. I was scanning his booth with binocs frequently, and never caught sight of either of them there.
I saw Snyder pregame on the field. Usually he stands prominently at midfield, arms crossed, with Cerrato by his side. Last night he seemed more willing to blend in with the sideline activity. He sat most of the time on one of those white heated benches. He was in shirt and tie, but instead of a suit jacket he had on a Redskins coat and a Redskins baseball cap, making it much harder to pick him out of the crowd. It was almost as if he were in disguise. John Thompson sat with him awhile, as did Renaldo Wynn in workout clothes. With those two huge guys next to him, he looked like a little kid in his ball cap and jacket.
I didn't see Snyder and Cerrato together during pregame. They are usually joined at the hip during pregame. Cerrato was downfield more, standing alone, watching the Redskins warm up. Make of that what you will.
Directly across the field from us in the stands were two guys next to each other wearing T-shirts. One had a photo of Snyder with the label "DUMB". The other had a photo of Cerrato marked "DUMBER." They had those same DUMB and DUMBER images on posters, which they held up early in the evening, and were very quickly visited by black shirted FedEX stadium personnel. A heated exchange took place, and they gestured down to other people holding up signs as if to say "what about them?" It ended up that they stayed, they kept their posters, but they didn't hold them up much. BTW, one of the other signs they pointed to was "Welcome to Bingo Night Football," which gave me a chuckle.

Flying Vince Lombardi x x x x x x x x x x x Ryan Kerrigan... Funky-style
That look on Snyders face during the 1st quarter was PRICELESS.
He literally looked like he was about to break out in tears...I wish someone had a screencap or .gif of it...it's sad, but it's the only way he'll learn!
Sad that you get kicked out for expressing your opinion (not in a profane way). Maybe should stop buying tickets and going to games to express their opinion.
That will not happen, but it would be interesting.
i really don't know why any of you go to the games at this point. thrown out for signs and chants? I mean really?

Seriously I would love to hear all of Fed Ex erupt into chants. That is the only way to keep snyders goonies from stopping it all.
Joy, Terror, and Confusion the emotions of all Skins fans
And I would like to take the time to personally thank you and all your friends for looking like complete doorknobs. I was in 242 and I witnessed some behavior and heard things yelled into Snyder's box from the 100's that embrassed me as a fan.
I'm in no way happy with the way things are going with this team but there is no way I'd act a complete tool to make a point or to try and get a message across.
to the "goons" that escorted you out!
