Who can make a good Turkey Sandwich?

Turkey sandwiches generally kick *** and are the highlight of my day, can you build a better one?


Here is my most recent one:

-pesto
-pepperjack cheese
-pepper
-annddd turkey, lots of it


i look forward to watching more football and drifting off into a turkey-induced coma only to wake up in a few hours and build another turkey sandwich.

I'm a classic turkey sandwhich man myself. Leftover turkey, salt, pepper, mayo, white bread.

Not a huge fan of mayo but it just works for me in this combo.

Fresh cracked pepper
Cranberry relish
On toasted sourdough.

I don't see the need for cheese on a thanksgiving type turkey sandwhich, if were talkin deli sliced turkey then I understand, but I thought due to the timing of this thread we were talkin thanksgiving leftovers type turkey sandwhiches.

You guys keep some fancy bread layin around your houses :P

In Las Vegas there's a sub shop called Capriotti's. They have a sub called the Bobby that's hard to beat. I make mine this way minus the sub bread, just plain white bread for me.

Mayo, both slices of bread sucka's

Layer with turkey, if it's coming from my fridge it's cajun fried biatches.

Top with stuffing and smash down to flatten it out a bit.

Cover the stuffing with cranberry sauce, the canned kind.

Top with other slice of mayo slatered bread and devour with a big ol glass of sweat tea.

Now that's how you eat leftover turkey dinner sandwiches. I don't know where in the hell some of you shop eating all these exotic bagles, mayo's and cheese bull****. My ass is too poor for Whole Foods, besides I live in south MS where whole food comes out of the ground.
