How do you dl youtube videos into .mov?

Hey,

Trying to put together a video compilation for a friend and I tried a couple websites off of google that said just type i the youtube address and it changed the file to .mov but there was no sound.

Anyone know of any software (mac preferred) that I can put youtube files into .mov?
