I have a goal of 1:50.00 in mind, ran 1:51.20 on March 18th, and would love to get there on May 6th and i'm mildly concerned these shin splints might hold me back.
So here is my question, If you had minor shin splints 3 weeks before a half marathon, and had already ran 13 as recent as March 18th, 10 miles as recent as April 3rd, what would your approach be to training over the next 3 weeks to make sure you are fully prepared for your half marathon? All advice is much appreciated.
