I think that the solution to the Haynesworth situation is to line him up and play him where the team thinks is best. If he balks at coming to camp, then the team can probably recoup the money. If he does report, then let him compete for a job.
Forget about the controversy. Don't feed Haynesworth's ego by making a big issue out of his attitude. That's what he wants - a lot of attention. Don't give it to him. Just play him and let him compete like everyone else.
AH is bluffing, wanting to try to orchestrate a trade by not reporting to minicamp. Call his bluff. The team holds the cards and the team is in charge.
