You have two legs(two matches one at one teams home and the other at the other teams home. You combine the goals from the two legs. If there's a tie you do away goals rule. Basically who ever has the most away goals wins. Right now there's a tie on aggregate and away goals.

Real Madrid had one away goal last time. Hence the tie and extra time.

If Munich scores one more, Madrid would need two.

That's game within theirs leagues. Champions League goes during regular leagues like Liga, EPL, Bund,etc
