11 birdies over the weekend, and they had delays throughout the weekend. Dude is definitely not washed up.

love the haters![]()
GEORGIA AVENUE.
Haters? Again, where was any of you when he missed the cut last week?
I see no reason to hate anymore. If anything I feel sorry for the guy and all the criticism he received for being a cheater
Everyone cheats
I learned that from "The Wire"
And you guys keep bringing up hate. Who's hating? I could care less about a scandle 2 years ago. But he has not been a good golfer in that span. Tourney's where he Missed cut, not in contention and no majors. That's what I'm judging him on.

What, is Tiger just another golfer now. Didn't Tiger go years and years without missing a cut? Not that he does routinely now, but he does do it on occasion unlike the old Tiger.
He's been an okay golfer
Above average
Can't just dismiss a guy who won the Memorial in the fashion he did last year
Can't just dismiss what he did this weekend and say "It wasn't a major. IT doesn't count"
He is there
He can't close out on the 4th day in majors but he is there
I still feel Tiger is one of the best out there. Just because he hasn't had a Tiger Slam in a long time, he isn't washed up. Another golfer, I wouldn't go that route. If he's in the top 5 or 10 of the leader board after Friday, coverage will spike, because he's in the hunt. Name me one other golfer not named Tiger who gets that type of coverage.
To be fair, he's always owned Torrey Pines. He's won 8 times there. Let's see what he does on a tougher course.
Dude you are a mess. he was the #2 earner on the PGA money list last year. How exactly is that washed up?
http://espn.go.com/golf/moneylist/_/year/2012
He's not winning ten tournaments a year anymore, but in 2012 he won 3 tournaments, finished top 5 in ten tournaments, and finished in the money 18 tournaments... If you are any other golfer in the world,
That's an amazingly good year.

He wins or even competes at the Masters, then you'll have a point.

So every golfer is washed up who doesn't win the masters? Tiger sucked in 2006 when he was #1 in the world because he didn't win the masters?
Or tiger sucked every year before the scandal except the four years he won the masters.. 1997, 2001, 2002, 2005? That's entirely unreasonable...
Tiger had a very good year last year. He is far from washed up... He is not the machine he was before, but last year he was a damned good golfer and he will win majors again..

Yeah, that's nice. But what about all those tourney's where he was nowhere near the top over the past 2 years? Was that just a figment of everybody's imagination?
It's not all about majors
Did you see the Memorial last year
Did you see him win Jack's tourney
He had his fair share of winning, but his fair share of struggles too, and I won't deny that. I posted earlier about his struggles at the Ryder Cup. I am also aware that he missed the cut at Abu Dhabi, but so did Rory.
