Ted talking about the trade and the current pains.
I left a comment (waiting to be approved) saying that I understand this plan. But that Flip is doing hard to the development of young players. If you have an opinion, I say post it there too.
“I just wanted to say to the fans … in D.C. and across the nation, they’ve been great for us, cheering us on. At away games they show up in the masses and at home they really made it feel like a home-field advantage. We said this when I was in college, ‘We got a chance to sit at the dinner table and experience success and it was a good meal. But now we want to go back to get dessert.’ We’ll be ready to get dessert next year.”
Robert Griffin’s last words at the press conference.
I like the trade. Finally something going our way. I think another deal will be made with Bibby.
Read that the Warriors made a play for McGee but all they have to offer are some expiring deals so nothing came of it. One more hour until the deadline. Doesn't appear anything else is going down.
RA15, I saw Wall's comments after the game last night. Is there any doubt he's talking about Blatche?
Hollinger tweeted that nothing is going on.
Here's an anti-rumor for you: Wizards say nothing whatsoever cooking with them.
Yeah I don't see what the Warriors could offer us to make a McGee deal work. I sure as hell don't want Ekpe Udoh. Stephen Curry and Monta Ellis are the only players they have that I would want and they aren't going to deal either. Likewise what would be the point of them dealing David Lee?

McGee
An upset McGee cursed as he went to the sideline. He complained as he sat down, and Wittman and Saunders shouted back at him. After 76ers point guard Jrue Holiday scored to give his team a 71-57 lead with 6 minutes 6 seconds remaining, Saunders called timeout and McGee shouted toward the coaches who huddled on the court. Blatche walked up to McGee and put his hand on his chest to get him to relax.

this draft is terrible upcoming
i can kinda understand his frustrations a little bit. he gets pulled for every thing he does wrong, yet other players are allowed to stay in the game and continue to **** up consistently (i'm looking at you #7)
obviously though, he should've handled that situation better than he did

DC Sports: The Curse Is Real
I guess we can use Bibby as a mentor/backup to Wall.
I think it's tough love. They think can make something of him. Blatche not so much

Whatever happened to Mustafa Shakur?
That's what I keep hoping, but I still hear people saying that the staff thinks that they can make something of Blatche. If so, there is a heck of a double standard going on.

Shakur's second 10-day contract ran out, and the Wiz had to decide whether to keep him for the rest of the season since you can't sign him to another 10-day. I guess they decided not to spend the $.
Did he even play on the second 10 day? I don't remember seeing him past the first couple of games
