I'd much rather Wall work on playing within the pace of an NBA game than on his jump shot. A jumper would be great, but being lost in the half court is serious problem for a PG.

    Agreed. This isn't the NFL.

Way too many turnovers. The only reason it hasn't killed us yet is Portland's shot selection is horrible.

We need to get John and Beal scoring in the second half. Seraphin probably doesn't need to be coming in the game over Ves right now.

Beal out of sync tonight too. We're getting nothing from our guards tonight.

Looks like its gonna be an off night for Beal and Wall

I feel like Portland is playing NBA 2k13's soundtrack during the game

Guards have been HORRIBLE. 6 points on 13 shots combined.

Refs are not calling a consistent game at all. Feels like their officiating their first game.

Nene dialed in on both ends tonight. His defense has been outstanding. Passing on point. Scoring on point.

    ---------- Post added January-21st-2013 at 11:28 PM ----------

Nene's rotations have been sharp. He's a good team defender.

Lillard didn't have position there IMO.

Beal is responding to his bad shooting night be trying to attack. Limited success but I love that he's doing it.

Wall's elevation on his jumper is not good. He's still shooting out of rhythm too.

He's thinking too much on that shot. You can see by how slow his motion is that he's not just firing off his shot.

Amazing that we can have terrible games from John, Seraphin, and Beal and no impact from Crawford and still be even with Portland.

Portland's shot selection is just horrible. But they'll eventually start hitting shots and playing smart. We have got to get more than Nene, Oak, and Martell involved in this game.

Webster must be wearing Beal's shoes.

It's his last resort. He wants to dish it but he knows in his head he has the best shot and he also needs to establish that weapon as something the D has to cover. He's definitely over thinking it and he's not shooting with confidence.
