Barnes just hit back to back threes to crush a Creighton run. He can really catch and shoot. I really get a Danny Granger vibe from him but the ball handling isn't quite there yet.

Henson is a nice player. High IQ, very long, really nice touch finishing around the rim and is good with both hands.

Zeller is also better than you expect, really good touch at the basket, high IQ, solid rebounder. But I've seen him really struggle against physical play at the college level, it won't get easier for him next year.

James McAdoo looks really good. He's got some Oklahoma Blake Griffin in him. Just a really fluid and strong athlete on the floor with a good BBall IQ. I'm interested to see how he develops. It's probably a mistake for him to come out early, but if he did, moving back into the mid first to snap him up could be really smart. His upside is really high.

John Wall jumped out of the building for alley oop.

Seraphin has been really, really, really good against the best centers in the league considering. His two games against Orlando were excellent, really bothered Dwight, and he did a great job against Bynum during the Lakers game. He's strung together a lot of excellent defensive performances in the limited time he's gotten.

Seraphin has plus potential as a low post defender. So strong and he's got good length and a legit mean streak. If he grows into a great team defender too then he's got All NBA defensive team potential.

He got insanely high. His length and his leaping ability are freakish. Most centers can't get their hands that high above the rim.

Zeller's runner/hook is awesome. He's got some low post moves/polish that he should be able to use in the NBA.

That was a ****ing ****ty ass offensive foul call.

Am I crazy or do we do better against teams that depend on interior scoring than we do against perimeter teams? This seems to have tarted when booker took over for Blatche this season.

    My God Wall is amazing.

Unbelievable. If only Crawford could have finished that and gotten him the assist.

Wall can do things athletically that few PG's have ever been able to do.

    ---------- Post added March-18th-2012 at 07:47 PM ----------

Wall has to stop leaving his feet to pass, Memphis is far too active for that to work.

He's done it several times and its not working.

When Wall becomes a better ball handler, he's going to be an amazing inside scorer. But he lacks a creative array of finishing moves IMO. To me, this is as important an area for development as his shooting and decision making. And his defense of course. I don't understand how someone can simultaneously be such a great transition defender--blocking shots on 3 on 1s--and such a poor half court defender, especially off the ball.

If Wall actually does develop all of those skills...

    - perimeter defense
    - decision making
    - finishing moves
    - dribble pull ups and especially step back jumpers + it wouldn't hurt to become a better 3 point shooter and develop the ability to catch and shoot when he's off the ball.

... he'll be the best all around PG in the league.

Of course that's a mountain of skills to learn. It'll probably be years before he masters those things, if he ever does.

See how pissed Wall was for missing that FT? Heart of a champion.

Wall could get a lot of mileage out of mastering the Dwayne Wade two step.

He keeps Blatche on the bench, that's value enough for me.

As bad as Baltche is, Cook is probably even worse. I think he has a PER of .11 this year LOL.
