REDSKINS MAKE ROSTER MOVES
LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. – The Washington Redskins announced today that they have signed running back Keiland Williams to their 53-man roster. To make room for Williams, the Redskins waived wide receiver Devin Thomas.
Williams (5-11, 230), originally signed with the Redskins as a college free agent on April 29, 2010, and played in the first three games this season. He has caught six passes for 29 yards (4.8 avg.). Williams’ complete bio can be found on page 286 of the Washington Redskins Media Guide.
Thomas had 40 receptions for 445 yards (11.1 avg.) and three touchdowns in 34 career games, including 11 starts, with the Redskins.
