They go back and forth every year on developers. This year is not the Modern Warfare developer that will be 2011.

Is it ALL old school though? I'm probably mistaken, but I thought Black ops jumped around to several different eras? Including modern day? Like, the killstreaks for example. with a remote control car bomb, and the remote control hellfire missle. that's gotta be more modern day, right?

I hated CoD 3, W@W was ok. This is the first time Activision has been given the amount of time for development like Infinity Ward has had, so hopefully it kicks ass. I'll probably be switching over from MW2 just for dedicated servers on PC.

Combat Training mode is what I'm most pumped for. I can finally get used to the maps without learning them on the fly. Get the kinks out in training, learn the intricacies of the maps, then dive in to multiplayer.

Zombie mode also? Just stock up on beer and chips now, why don't ya?
