I have sold the same season tickets to members on the board this season for the same price and I will attempt to notify them so they can vouch for me. These were season tickets that I bought off another season ticket holder at the start of the season. I'm not sure how and why your friend was denied at the gate, but the tickets are season tickets with the player images imprinted on them, so I would imagine they would be extremely difficult to reprint. Tell your friends to send me back the same original tickets they used with their signatures on the back and we can verify if they are in fact "reprinted". Or if someone here on the boards would like to help mediate, you can send to original tickets to them to validate if they are reprinted. Your paypal dispute will remain open and I will fight it.

Are you kidding i have personally bought tickets from acendhole and used the same ones for the colts game and got in no problem. Its your friends fault if they WENT IN then left the stadium and tried to get back in, obviously you said your "friends" had the tickets you dont know what they did im sure they went in got scanned left then tried to go back in I had no problems with my tickets on sunday night.

Tickets would not scan at the gate. My friends definitely didn't come in and leave. They were never allowed to enter. I have nothing to gain by lying about it, I doubt I will be able to recover any of the money. By no means am I saying the tickets were fake, they were in fact real season tickets with the player on it. But the tickets had been reprinted by the STH, meaning they printed PDF versions of the tickets afterwards.

Every season ticket holder has the option to reprint their tickets. Once reprinted, the real, hard, paper copies are null and void. All the STH has to do is sign on to their account and click print tickets. The Redskins provide this service free of charge. I don't know what to say if you aren't the actual STH, but the tickets were denied at the gate.

I have never been a season ticket holder so I'm not familiar with the procedure to reprint tickets, but here is the ticket policy I pulled directly from the redskins website. It seems like there is a $5 fee per ticket reprinted. I will gladly refund you the money for the tickets if the ticket office can determine if the tickets have been reprinted, I'm hoping they have a record of it. I will refund you and take it up with the season ticket holder if that was the case. If that is true, then I will have problems with my remaining tickets and need to take action. Let me know if you want to move forward.

I can provide you with scanned copies provided by the ticket office when they confiscated the tickets. You and I can go to the ticket office together at the Vikings game. We can PM if you prefer. I don't blame you if you are not the STH, but this is what happened.

I would prefer to close this out as soon as possible before the next home game. If you would email me the scanned copy you are referring to, I would like to provide that to the season ticket holder as proof. If it all checks out and the ticket office can verify with the season ticket holder, you'll get a refund from me imediately. I can take it up with the STH from that point on if all this holds true.

Just spoke with the ticket office, the account for these tickets has been denied for not paying for his tickets. They said he was just recently denied and that is why they have worked in the past. Please call the ticket office, provide the account number at the bottom of the ticket and they will tell you the exact same thing.

Acendhole, if you are not the actual STH, then I do not blame you for this. You need to talk to the ticket office because your tickets will be no good for the rest of the season.

Problem is being resolved and I do not blame acendhole. The 3rd party STH did not pay his account. Somehow he got his tickets and was able to enter 6 previous games. Once again, problem is being resolved and I do not fault acendhole.

Most account holders who are financed by the team have to pay in 3-4 allotments at certain points during the year. It's unusual to have this arrangement for general season ticket holders though. In the past, the team only sent a couple games at a time. I'm going to guess here: the team probably had the STH's cc number, and knew it had the power to "turn off" the bar code. So they just sent the tix in their entirety. The season ticket holder must have maxed out his cc. Charge was refused. Tickets were "turned off." I'm sure the STH was sent a letter advising him of same.

You are spot on. The STH that I bought tickets from did not pay all his installments, therefore the remaining tickets were disabled via bar code. Called the ticket office and they stated that they could not provide any further details as to why the account was locked out, only the STH would be able to gather that info. The problem here is that the person who re-buys the season tickets from the STH does not have any recourse even if you paid via ebay/paypal, the protection policy is only good for 45 days so a case cannot be opened since we are 3 months into the season. I assumed that if I had all the season tickets in-hand, then they would be good for the season. The ticket office indicated that if the STH pays in full the owed amount, the remaining tickets would be re-activated. I have contacted the STH and I'm awaiting a response. In the meantime, I will happily refund skins98orakpo as promised and deal with my end to see if I can recoup the cost at all. Glad we were able to clear things up.
