Cable also has a loyalty to Gradkowski for saving his job at the end of last year. But I don't know how much pressure he'll get from Davis. And I've read that Jackson insisted control of the offensive personell be put in his contract before he agreed to go to Oakland.

Depends on how Cable and the rest of the team feel really. Campbell came through in the clutch, but was shaky for the other 3 quarters.

Kind of opposite of what Jason usually does.

Never even understood that concept. "I can't lose my job to injury". Well, you didn't. You lost it to someone who's playing better than you did. Happy?

And I'm not even talking Campbell v Gradkowski. Just the concept of 'not losing a job to injury'. It seems most coaches don't even say that anymore.
