Giants left tackle David Diehl expected to miss several weeks with torn hamstring
David Diehl has started 120 consecutive regular-season games. And apparently that's where the streak is going to end.
The Giants' left tackle and left guard has a partially-torn hamstring and has been told by doctors he'll be out several weeks, according to someone informed of the diagnosis given to Diehl. The person requested anonymity because the Giants only said Diehl has a hip injury that was being evaluated Monday afternoon.

The Giants' offensive lineman, who made three starts at center in Shaun O'Hara's absence earlier this season, suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament, according to the team. The 2007 sixth-round pick is done for the season.
