Thread: New Giants Stadium couldn't handle Dallas

Default New Giants Stadium couldn't handle Dallas

Early in the 3rd quarter, while Dallas was leading 19-6 on the team that is supposedly the "best" in the NFC, the lights went out in the New Meadowlands stadium for approximately 10 minutes. Everyone was literally in the dark, and the game was probably going to be suspended, but after a while, they got the lights back on.

Not even their trashy stadium could bear to watch...

Interesting. Trash talk from a Poke fan about a team who is leaps and bounds better than his own team... Congrats on your second win. I actually hope you win six of your last seven, only losing to the 'Skins. 8-8 is a sweet spot for them to be. Bad draft pick and probably wind up keeping Garrett as coach. Please keep winning.

The stadium mercifully had pity on its inhabitants.

It was all planned by the Giants to stop Dallas' momentum and try to get back in the game.

As opposed to Cowboys Stadium, which can't take its eyes off the train wreck known as the 2010 Dallas Cowboys.

Hasn't seen a victory by the home team this season.

Fortunately, the Stafford-less Lions come to town for Week 11.

The fan of the 2-7 Cowboys who has watched his team dog it all year has finally decided to let out some of that pent up frustration he's been building.

Congrats, the Cowboys actually won a game. I hope it was everything and more you could have hoped it would be. In today's parity filled NFL there are no more elite teams though, and nothing close to anything resembling an elite defense. The Cowboys came to play (finally) and the Giants were not ready to match their intensity.

    It's as simple as that.

I was scared it was a terrorist attack or something. Glad I was wrong.

Dude. I don't see how you could possibly create this thread. Woohoo! Our 1-7 team just doubled their win total for the season. Is that really something to celebrate?

If you ask me, this performance did nothing but confirm my belief that we are a bunch of quitters. The players that I saw out there last night did not resemble the players that I have seen the last 4.5 weeks. In short, they can go **** themselves for being unprofessional (minus a few that have tried week-in, week-out).
    oops.

I havent seen Rey around here in a while....

Anyways, the media is loving this dallass win. A 2-7 team doesnt warrant 20 minutes of coverage on espn before a Monday night game. Honestly Im not expecting them to keep this up. NY was due for a loss and dallass was due for a win.

I've been here before and after losses, look around...

As a fan who isn't fairweather, I have a right to celebrate a victory (especially when it was unexpected).

If we had lost then people who make threads about the loss so who cares?
