Kyle Shanahan is young and hungry, yet something tells me you wouldn't be okay with that.

So, what exactly are you looking for again? Also, do you realize how ridiculous it sounds to say that "young" and "hungry" are the qualifications necessary to get this team on the right track? To say that a veteran coach cannot do this simply because he is not "young" is absurd. Seriously, please think about this.

And to be honest, with the mess that this team is, I don't even know if a young, wet-behind the ears HC would have the experience and wisdom as well as the player's respect for the most part to be able to turn this cluster around. Our players are used to running Redskins Park and dictating to coaches what they are going to do. I don't think that a really young guy with relatively minimal experience would be able to come in and lay down the wood as effectively as Shanahan Sr. has done so far...

what does leslie fraizer or russ grim know about building a team? russ grim is and has been an offensive line coach for his entire career. the last time i checked hiring a guy who has never even coordinated to become your head coach ends badly.

How can you complain about a coach whose stats you put up show that he is a winner. According to the stats put up he has 15 complete seasons and only had losing years in 3 of those15. It is hard to win a superbowl in the NFL but I love a coach that gives you a chance 12 out of 15 times. Worthless thread and it shows that we have fans who want to win but with no patience to do so. Let him have time to build this team, it's not an overnight process, sit back and stop b****ing about everything he does.
