Big Bear in my backyard. Bear in mind it's Virginia Beach. WAH!?

My neighborhood is crazytown right now. A big #@$ bear was in my backyard, and is now cornered up a tree a couple streets over. It's a media circus and people are everywhere. It's the Virgina Beach oceanfront, and we don't see this everyday.

I will post some better pics later.

I'm on 14th too Zoony. He was in our backyard then jumped the fence and chilled in our neighbor's yard for a while. He is currently getting sleepy in a tree, as they just darted him once.

Took a cabin a few years back in the TN Smokies. Place backed onto a lake. No sooner had we walked in and put down the bags, opened the doors at the back to see the view, then there's a black bear mother and three cubs comes walking right in front on the lakes edge. Skeery yet mind blowing at the same time.

This one looks a cutie. I hope no bonehead get's any wise ass ideas to take this situation into his own hands.

That might be possible. He looks like he is falling asleep on a spot of the tree where he won't fall out. Someone may have to yank him down.

This bear is bringing all kinds of people down to the neighborhood. By all kinds i mean ALL kinds. Some $#@$ just stole my surfing booties i had drying out on the front porch. Grrr.
