I think he was making about 200k per with Nike. But he was last I saw worth over 100M. I think he should be fine with all this stuff behind him.

    Thanks for the sig LCSF

This is what I was saying to people who thought he was nuts about fighting it in court. His networth is 100M but how much of that is liquid? Would you really rather keep 5-10% of your net worth or fight a losing battle?

I would guess even if liquid is half of that...he should be just fine. Unless he goes into T.O. mode or Mike Tyson.

Rich people being broke isn't even close to anyone else being broke. The media likes to make it seem that way. But when I see you living in a mansion in instead of a small apartment...I am not so sure that you are really broke by normal standards.

    Thanks for the sig LCSF

He is going to have to keep fighting when the lawsuits to recover money he conned out of people start to come in. He committed perjury when he lied to a court in a lawsuit he filed against a Texas insurance company who will now be after their money back. He also committed perjury in an action taken against the Times newspapers.

He just stepped down as Chairman of the LiveStrong.

Folks are going crazy down here. I don't really care about him, but he is a legend in Austin.

Found this about Mike Tyson's life now. I guess you have enough of a life to live off of after everything else fades.

NY Times is reporting that Lance Armstrong weighing PED admission. nytimes.com/2013/01/05/spo… That'd have to come with about a million apologies.

Man, what a swing his life has taken; top of the world 6-7 years ago, down the toilet now. Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy...

I imagine that his people are floating this to see what the reaction would be. At this point, who cares about the guy? I'm glad he has raised money for a great cause, but he is just another cheat now.

Too bad his probable PED admission will come from a $$$ standpoint and not from true remorses.
