Not only do they make a massive mistake but in their arrogance they screw with this ladies life in a completely heartless manner. BofA owns my mortgage (we need to be able to have some say in those things) and it causes me pain each month to send them a check.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- An Orlando woman claims an outrageous overdraft has led to her accounts being frozen. Tanya Forister said she was already struggling to make ends meet when she checked her three bank accounts and found that she was $3 million in the red."I don't think I would ever see that much money in my lifetime," Forister said.
The unemployed single mother said each of her accounts had negative balances of almost $900,000.Bank of America locked her online account and apparently closed two of her accounts, she said. That prompted Forister to head to a bank to deal with the issue in person."They wouldn't give me any of my money and said they were in the process of closing my accounts and would send me a check in 10 to 15 business days," Forister said.
