I woke up in time to turn the game on in the ninth minute and I was stunned! Pretty good match so far. I just hope we can keep the lead. I wish I knew more soccer terminology so I could make a more intelligent post, haha.

USA has to play better than this in the second half or brazil will tie.
I don't know what is with the U.S. soccer teams but they seem to lag in important games.
Marta reminds me of Messi, she's a great player.

LOL FIFA is so fixed. I'm glad the U.S. doesn't send in the money that Europe etc. to that joke of an organization. International soccer per normal.

That ref is a ******* joke. Seriously, I can live with the red card even but letting them take a second kick is just absurd.

1) The Red card never should have been given
2) Brazil got a penalty kick, and Solo saved it, but was asked to "retry" for bull**** reasons
3) Brazil scores 2nd time, ties it up

You really expect America to give soccer a real chance when every major tournament they are cheated in both genders? I'll stick with NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB and call it a day.

Is there a good reason why they don't have male refs for this tournament?
Not that male refs cant be bad too, but I'd say its easier to find quality male refs.
