I'm a pretty experienced Ebayer and in my opinion, reserve prices hurt the sellers. I know when I see an auction that has a reserve, I will absolutely not bid on it or even watch it. I don't bother wasting my time because most of the time the reserve is set too high. Even though it may not be and it was within my price range, I will never know. I think there are a lot of people that think that way too, I know several personally. I think you are much better off starting the bid at the lowest price you are willing to take and have no reserve. I noticed you did start this last auction out at $100 with no reserve. That seems very reasonable and it would get my attention way more than if you were to start the bid at say 1.00 and have(reserve not met) next to it. Just my two cents. No offense, just friendly advice to you and to whomever is reading.

That is good advice. I have Giants tickets on eBay, and I may do just that if I end up re-posting them. This is my first season as a ticket holder so I am still figuring things out.

Agreed on the reserve thing. If I see an auction with it in place I tend to just move on to something else.

Last bump for this thread as the auction for this one will be ending tomorrow since there is no reserve. Total for the pair plus parking is at about $115 right now.
Going forward I will just keep to my one thread for the remaining games I am looking to sell.
