In a way, I don't blame the Eagles for trying this whole "Dream Team" angle. The fact of the matter is, they have done it "the right way" for a decade, and while they are always in the playoffs, they've never won a Super Bowl.

Couldn't really blame them for trying something different. It looked like a sound move, and the fact is, as happy as I am that they are taking some of the heat off the 2000 Skins, it's not really the same as that team or other Skins FA busts in the last decade.

They still have tons of draft picks. They still have a youngish team. The Eagles can rebound from this mess even if the season doesn't turn around for them, wheras those Skins disaster teams just buried us in deeper and deeper holes.

I still think the Iggs will pull it together. They have only played 4 games as a new unit. I definitely think they will be out for blood at FedEx Field in week 6.

They'd have to first realize that instead of getting rid of guys that can get it done, they need to dump the one they keep wishing upon in Vick... He's single handedly the worst QB ever to try and rely on for a full season, and that's proven.

He was their old offensive line coach. Not sure where that would equate into becoming a defensive coordinator
